What types of products are in the box?

The box offers the possibility to discover a variety of products, carefully chosen, from the French-speaking or Swiss German-speaking regions depending on the box selected, like: wine, meat, cheese, snacks, chocolates, etc…

A box can contain between 4 and 5 products.
We choose culinary products made in Switzerland. The choice of the products is primarily based on their taste and the origin of the ingredients: local, then regional and then Swiss.
Also, we try to offer foods from the different Swiss cantons, to find local specialties, old recipes or original dishes.

Gluten-free Products

What types of products are in the box?

Every month you will receive 1 to 2 different foods with the gluten-free logo, found especially for you in all regions of Switzerland. These products are made in Switzerland or exceptionally in Europe.

Due to the artisanal manufacturing process, traces of gluten in some products can nevertheless remain. E. g. gluten-free chocolate made in the same laboratory as chocolate with brownies may contain traces.
Allergic and/or intolerant people are requested to read the ingredients labels on the foods before eating.

Order

Is it possible to buy myself a box and order one as a gift at the same time ? 

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to do both in the same order, so you will have to place two different orders.

How can I order 3 boxes ? 

To buy 3 boxes for yourself, just place an order with the 3 boxes in the basket.

Payment

How does the payment work?

When you subscribe to a box, the payment is not debited from your credit card immediately; all payments are debited on the 1st of each month. If the subscription takes place before the 31st (included), you will get your box the following month.

Which payment cards are accepted?

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Payment by invoice is only possible on special request; please contact: info[at]B-gourmet.ch

How do I cancel my subscription?

It is possible to unsubscribe at any time by going to the “My account” tab in the subscriptions section.
Please note that the direct debit is done on the 1st of each month, so in order not to receive the box of the month, it is necessary to unsubscribe before the end of a month; a cancellation after this date will only be taken into account for the next month.

Delivery

Is it possible to change my address?

It is possible to change your address directly from the “My account” tab, either specifically for a subscription or for the entire account.
For logistical reasons, a change of address that takes place after the 10th of the month cannot be taken into account for the delivery of the current month.

Who ensures delivery?

Normally we deliver via Swiss Post: they make the deliveries from Monday to Friday and will drop the parcel in your parcel box or leave a notice in your letter box; you will then be able to pick it up at your nearest post office.

When will the box be sent ?

The boxes should be sent between the 15th and 30th of each month.

What is the idea « Plant a tree ! »

We commit ourselves to planting a tree for each box bought to contribute to the ecological balance. We will choose the NGO that is closest to our values – it has not yet been chosen.
